AURAL: She speaks with an accent akin to someone from the American South.
OLFACTORY: She usually smells like soap or whatever herbs she's been working with recently, if she smells like much of anything.
DEMEANOUR: Mercy is a confident and nosy curious young woman who likes helping people. She is in the process of becoming a cleric of her order and sometimes forgets to keep a more staid countenance. She smiles freely, gestures broadly, and strides with purpose most of the places she goes, unafraid of taking up space.
